What it’s like
EcoTrail Stockholm is an urban trail festival that is part of the international EcoTrail series. The 2027 event runs 17 to 20 June, with races of 5 km, 11 km, 21 km, 44 km and 58 km plus short kids' races. The courses use trails and nature reserves around Stockholm, and the organiser lists about 900 m of climbing for the 58 km. It's a good way to try trail running without leaving the city, and a good excuse to find out that Stockholm has hills after all.
