Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from glodactive.com. Last updated: 20 October 2026.

1. Who we are

GLöD is a trading name of Krissco AB, org. no. 556725-8479, VAT no. SE556725847901, Dalvägen 57, 187 33 Täby, Sweden. Email: hello@glodactive.com.

2. Who can buy

You need to be at least 18, or have a guardian's permission. These terms are written for consumers. If you're buying for a business, email us first.

3. Your order and the contract

When you place an order, you'll get an email saying we've received it. The contract is formed when we send that order confirmation. If we can't deliver something, for example because a tee size has sold out, we'll tell you as soon as we can and refund anything you've paid for it.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, or in your local currency where shown, and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Shopify Payments and the other payment methods shown at checkout. We don't store your card details.

If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs are in our shipping policy. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you name, receive the goods.

6. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. How to do it, and how refunds work, is in our returns policy.

7. Faulty goods and complaints

You have the rights given by the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), including the right to complain about faults for up to 3 years after delivery. See our returns policy. We don't offer a separate commercial guarantee unless a product page says so.

8. About our products

• Posters ship blank and unframed. The coloured examples in our photos show one way to fill them in.
• Write-on tees come with a marker. Writing fades and changes with washing; that's part of the idea. Follow the care instructions.
• Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real product.

9. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Intellectual property

The GLöD name, logo, poster designs, photos and texts belong to Krissco AB. You're welcome to share photos of your filled-in poster or tee.

11. Liability

We're responsible for the goods we sell as set out in consumer law. We aren't liable for indirect losses unless we've been negligent. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

12. Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events we can't reasonably control, such as carrier strikes, natural disasters or a pandemic. We'll tell you if this affects your order.

13. Disputes and governing law

Swedish law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country. If we can't solve a problem together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, www.arn.se) or the courts.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that was published when you placed your order applies to that order.
