What it’s like
Thy Trail Marathon is a winter trail race in the dunes between Lodbjerg Fyr and Klitmøller in Thy, held on 27 February 2027. You can run the marathon, the half marathon or an 11 km, on dunes, forest and coastal trails. A late February race is a good way to give the winter training some purpose. Expect sand and coastal weather, and check the organiser's site for registration and kit advice.
